Plenty of people in our community will remember their time at Havelock North High School and the part the music block played in it. For decades, it’s been a place where students have rehearsed, performed, and built the confidence that carried them long after they left the school.

HNHS has always punched above its weight when it comes to the arts. From music to drama and the wider cultural life of the school, the performances that have come out of these walls have been nothing short of impressive. 

We are now offering a chance to support the renovation of our much-loved music department by purchasing a seat in the newly renovated auditorium.  Each one has a small plaque with text of your choosing on the back - a simple way to show your support and leave something lasting at the school.
