Jena Gregory has been in fine form on the squash court in recent times. The former Lucknow/Te Mata Primary School pupil is a B1 grade player in the region and is part of the Eastern and New Zealand elite development squad. 

She was the North Island U15 champion and on Sunday 22nd July successfully contested the South Island title. The Havelock North Squash Club member won three matches before winning the final 3-0. Jena also entered the U17 competition in Invercargill where she finished third.

 A more immediate goal for Jena is to make the cut for the New Zealand world junior team next year. She missed out on it in 2017 as she was too young. Congratulations Jena on an amazing result and all the best for the upcoming NZSS competition.
