On November 8th Mr Vose and ten year 10 students set off on their first trip on the Spirit of New Zealand.  They spent five days and five nights sailing around the  Hauraki Gulf, learning new skills and developing leadership qualities. There were many highlights on this trip and a few of these were meeting the King and Queen of the Netherlands, seeing Team New Zealand  race by on its foils and climbing the rigging, to name a few.
