Students take part in two events during the season:

Beginners' Day Skiing

28 August (tentative date) at Whakapapa Ski Field Happy Valley.

For aboslute first time skiers and snow boarders

Travel by bus,

Approximate cost $100 - covers transport, equipment hire, and one-day ski pass.

Hawke's Bay Secondary Schools' Skiing Championships

Friday/Saturday 18/19th September (dates to be confirmed) at Whakapapa Ski Field

For competent skiers with some experience of skiing a race course.

Travel by rental mini van.

Costs: acommodation, transport, entry ree, ski passes.
