We are enormously proud of Giacomo Thomas for winning the blue riband under 18 single sculls title at the Maadi Cup national championships, and in record time too.  Giacomo will row in the New Zealand quad scull crew at the Junior World Championships in France.

Giacomo was selected for the New Zealand Talent Development Academy.

Other Havelock North High School rowers are part of the Hawke's Bay Rowing Club's junior development programme.
