Cross Country

The school hosts the annual Havelock North Relay on the reserve behind the school.  This draws some of the best teams from around the lower North Island.  With medals for winners, cups for the fastest time and an afternoon tea sponsored by Jackson's, this race has to be a winner.

Havelock teams have run in the 160km Great Lake Relay for several years now.  It is a huge amount of fun.  The team was again the first team to finish in 2009.

We love the challenge of running the Triple Peaks Challenge, an iconic local event.  The girls won the distinctive trophy for first girls' teams in 2009 and four Havelock runners completed the 49km solo.
